Privacy & cookies

Haloban Motoris organises private vintage Mustang tours in Paris. For any question about your data, write to mustang@haloban.group.

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup address, number of guests and any note you add. We use it to run your tour, send your confirmation and reminders, and meet our accounting obligations. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

With your consent, we use cookies and similar identifiers to measure the performance of our advertising and to optimise our campaigns:

• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — we record when the booking window is opened and when a booking is paid, together with the click identifier of the ad you came from.
• Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API. For paid bookings, we also send your email address, phone number and name to Meta in a hashed (irreversible) form so the sale can be matched to the ad you saw. Purposes: measurement and ad optimisation.

These identifiers are kept for up to 90 days on your device. Data may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is measured until you accept. You can change your mind at any time — rejecting is as easy as accepting, and your choice is remembered.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its use, by writing to mustang@haloban.group. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
